Can't find Insert Object on the Edit menu due to moved to Insert menu.
Cause:
The 'Insert Object' command has been moved to the 'Insert' menu and renamed 'Object'.
Solution:
In Access 7.0, to insert an object in the Table Datasheet view, select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...'.
1) Go to the Table Datasheet view .
2) Position the insertion point in the field where the object is to be inserted.
3) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...'. (The Insert Object dialog box appears.)
4) Do one of the following:
a) To create and insert a new object:
1] Select the 'Create New' radio button.
2] Select the desired object from the 'Object Type' list box.

3] Click 'OK'. (An application opens where the object can be created.)
4] Create the object as desired.
5] Save the object.
6] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Update <table name>: Table', where <table name> is the name of the table.
7] When finished, select the 'File' menu and select 'Exit & Return to <table name>: Table'.
b) To insert an existing object:
1] Select the 'Create from File' radio button.
2] Type the path and filename in the 'File' box.

NOTE: Click 'Browse...' to search for a file.
3] (Optional) Select the 'Link' check box to insert a link to the file.
NOTE: Any changes made to the object file that was inserted will then be reflected in the database.
4] Clear the 'Link' check box to insert the file contents as an embedded object.
NOTE: Any changes made to the object file that was inserted will then NOT be reflected in the database.
5] Click 'OK'. (The object is inserted.)
